Viki migrated from Shanghai (China) to Australia at the end of 2005 to assist her father in setting up a fashion studio in Melbourne.
In late 2006, she started to work for the company as a causal worker, whilst pursuing a masters degree at MACQUARIE University. From someone who knew very little about Ethanol, Viki has quickly acquired an impressive knowledge of the Alcohol industry.
She is now working as a senior consultant for marketing research, company statistic analysis, and most importantly, consummating the sales and organising the shipping arrangement for ETHANOL as well as MOLASSES in BULK.
Viki’s major functions include:
- Market research re Molasses as well as raw sugar sales to ASEAN particularly to CHINA
- Company Statistics updating as well as the public stats. sourcing and collecting from independent institutions
- Assist to liaise with supplier chain re the bulk inquiries
- Keep in close contact with buyers who are interested in bulk shipments
- Assist to organize the shipping documents
- Liaise closely with all parties after sales

Fiona studied Accounting at La Trobe University and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
